Zyrado, an Official Odoo Partner, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ERP Implementer to join our growing team.

Your Role
* Support the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions for clients
* Gather and analyze client requirements
* Understand business processes and translate them into system requirements
* Configure Odoo modules based on business needs
* Assist in testing and validating system configurations
* Prepare and deliver user training and demonstrations
* Provide support during and after implementation
* Document business requirements, configurations, and processes
* Coordinate with technical, functional, and management teams
* Follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation
Requirements
* 0–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, business operations, business analysis, or a related field
* Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or practical training are welcome to apply
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of business processes and workflows
* Good communication and client-handling skills
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus
* Familiarity with ERP systems or business software is a plus
* Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
* Good command of English is a plus
* Willingness to learn Odoo, ERP systems, and business processes

📍 Location: Damascus – Office Based
⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
🗓️ Days Off: Friday & Saturday
